Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, and Misha Collins will all receive a 12 x 12 shadow box filled with messages from their fans. We encourage you to fill out the form below with your messages of thanks, love, support, and memories for the past fifteen years they have shared with all of us! In order to include as many messages as possible (we will do our best to include them all!) we ask that you follow a few guidelines when submitting:

• Keep it brief! A maximum of 450 characters per message. It has to fit on tiny paper!
• Do not ask them for anything! Any messages that include requests for phone calls or autographs will be shredded and not included in the boxes. We want to thank them for all they've done not ask them for more!
• Be kind! Any messages that are hateful, nasty, or deemed inappropriate will not be included!
• Do include:
  • Thank Yous!
  • Favorite Quotes from the Show!
  • Memories from Conventions/Encounters!
  • Words of Encouragement!
  • Well Wishes!
  • Messages of Love/Support for when they need a pick me up!
  • Etc.
• Include your full name (or not if you prefer to remain anonymous) and the city/state/country you are from!
